We are in the Catskills Mountains, minutes away from Belleayre Ski Resort, and across Route 28 from the village of Fleischmanns, NY.
If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at 800-811-3351. Cell service can be a bit spotty in the Catskills but folks up here are used to being helpful, so don’t hesitate to stop and ask if you get really turned around and your phone isn’t working.
If you drive up and are here in the winter, please note that we have a long gravel driveway. We plow and salt this regularly, but if you are at all concerned about not being able to make it up the hill, please call us at 800-811-3351 and we can arrange to have you park at the bottom of the hill and we can ferry you up and down in our monster plow truck, that doubles as a tank. It’s rarely a problem, but is always an option if you are nervous!

How to Drive Here
From Manhattan
- Take I-87 North
- Take exit 19 toward NY-28/Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge
- Follow NY-28 to Fleischmanns
- Turn Left onto Fleischmanns Heights Road
- (You should see the first sign on Rte 28)
- Turn Right immediately after the railroad depot parking lot, over the tracks, onto the gravel road on your right. (You’ll see the second Spillian sign just past the tracks.)
- That’s our road! Just follow it up to the house; parking is towards your left as you get to the top of the hill. It’s about a 1500 foot drive.
From Albany
- Take I-88 W toward NY-7/Schenectady/Binghamton
- Take exit 23 to NY-30/Schoharie/Central Bridge
- Follow NY-30 for about forty miles, continuing through Margaretville
- Make a Left onto NY-28 S to Fleischmanns
- Turn Right onto Fleischmanns Heights Road (You should see the first sign on Rte 28)
