Book Your Wedding Tasting!

About four months or so before your wedding, please join us for a tasting of your wedding dinner menu. (Yes, things are starting to get real!)

We are offering tastings on Mondays and Thursdays beginning beginning in May, at 1 PM and 3 PM. You’re welcome to bring a total of six people (including you) to your tasting. Some couples enjoy this time alone, and some find that bringing family or friends along is helpful.

We believe that food is an important part of the ritual of your wedding, as well as part of the celebration. We are excited to talk with you between now and your tasting about what food has meaning for you, for this special moment where you’re breaking bread with your family and friends for the first time as married people.

Here’s the basic structure of your wedding dinner:
• Salad Course
• Two Meat/Fish Entrees
• One Vegan or Vegetarian Entree
• Three Sides OR Two Sides and House-made Dessert

We are here as resources as you’re figuring this out, so please reach out! We’d like to have the final menu about two weeks before your wedding so we can be sure to have the right ingredients on hand.

After we’ve plied you with food and drink, and we’ve chatted with our chefs about any tweaks you’d like, we’ll talk about any other planning and logistics thoughts you have.

How to book:

  • Click on one of the available dates in the calendar below and choose the 1 PM or 3 PM time slot on the date you’d like to join us.
  • Fill in your information, and in the Notes field please let us know how many people are coming for your tasting.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the booking is complete.
  • We’re juggling a tight calendar and purchasing food specifically for your tasting, so we’re counting on you to make your tasting on the date you’ve selected. If something unavoidable comes up, or if you have any questions beforehand, please call or email Mark.
