A glorious summer dinner series on Wednesday evenings at Spillian, celebrating the metaphor of Spillian through food.

Starring the extraordinary Chef Chris McGee as he revels in the metaphors of Spillian through food — celebrating forest, stream, meadow, mountain, sky — the elements that create the unique terroir of Spillian and the Catskills as a place. Inspired by and featuring the rather remarkable produce emerging from high atop Bramley Mountain at Burnett Farms.

$40 per person for a superb four course dinner
