As a small facility, when we commit to guests attending our events or renting the estate for a private event, we are often turning other guests away. As such, we have the following cancellation policies in place so we can ensure that Spillian will be here for many years to offer many people a chance to taste its magic! These policies are firm, with no exceptions.
Spillian Workshop Cancellation Policies
- If the cancellation or change is received more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund of your deposit, less a 10% processing fee.
- If the cancellation or change is received between 14 and 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
- If the cancellation or change is received between 14 and 7 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit is then non-refundable.
- If the cancellation or change is received less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, the full balance for the entire stay will be charged to your card.
- If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, the entire amount for your stay will be charged to your card.
- Cancellation and no-show charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no refund for early departures.
Spillian Special Event and Facility Rental Cancellation Policies
These policies are for private facility rentals, including small group rentals, corporate rentals, weddings and other celebrations. Please note: we require a 50% facilities rental fee deposit to confirm any facility rental. If we don’t have a deposit from you, your dates are not secured! So if your heart is set on a certain date, make sure you get a signed agreement and deposit to us so we can ensure you claim your time.
